MD Program Handbook & Policy Manual

The Stanford University School of Medicine MD Program Handbook and Policy Manual is a guide to current policies, standards, procedures and resources that govern students in the MD program at Stanford. In addition, students participating in Stanford University’s MD program are subject to policies and standards established by both Stanford University and the School of Medicine.

Stanford Hospital & Clinics HIPAA Policies

Stanford Hospital and Clinics has HIPAA privacy and security policies posted to an intranet site. This site is only accessible to computers on the Stanford University Medical Center Network. The Privacy Policies are part of the Compliance Policy Manual and HIPAA Forms can also be found on the web site. The Security Policies are part of the Information Technology Policy Manual.
